That looks really good!  The Organic Grill in NY has a great vegan omelet!

I don't even know of any resturants that serve Vegan food in MN.  :(  I'm usually stuck with eating a veganized salad.  BORING!

angie, there are TONS of restaurants that serve vegetarian/vegan friendly...depends on your mn location...pizza luce is one of my fav(they have 2 vegan cheeses and the best V dessert bars)...also, check out the bakery at whole foods..they have amazing cakes/desserts! if u need restaurant locations,email me :)

Alicia, could you please try to find out what the recipe is, and post it!  :) Or better yet, make up an amazing recipe and help all of us that can't get to LA?  I've seriously been dreaming of eggs benedict for quite some time, too!

The Square Cafe in the Regent Square area of Pittsburgh has some nice vegetarian and vegan options. There's also the Quiet Storm, although I've not eaten there.

I have never really been a fan of eggs benedict actually never a fan of eggs .. .but i have to admit that looks delicious!!

My favorite local place to eat is called Rebar in Victoria Bc..... oh soo yummy!! :)
