Need help with my diet please

I know my diet isn't nutritionally the soundest, so I am asking for help. I can't go to a nutritionist right now cuz I'm in school. Anyways, I'm wondering: what does a typical day's meal plan look like for you? What would a superhero plan look like? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!!! smiley-laughing.gif

Hi my macrobiotic meals always has brown rice with it.  Morning:  brown rice porridge with steamed greens, Lunch: Miso soup and Fried rice made with brown rice, greens, shoyu, and other veggies like carrots, and squash, Dinner: brown rice, hijiki, beans, steamed greens, root veggie stew.  I always eat sauerkraut or other type of pickled veggie each meal to help with digestion.  I also have a light snack in between meals like an apple or brown rice crackers.

I don't eat a superhero diet, and sometimes eat organic eggs, but a sample vegan day for me  might be something like this:

Breakfast-- Oatmeal cooked with water instead of milk or milk substitute.  I add in a big spoonful of ground flaxseeds, a couple of berries and a very small piece of banana  (I eat this most mornings)

Lunch-- rice noodles or brown rice noodles with veggies (usually whatever I have at the moment, broccoli, string beans, sometimes seaweed), a bit of edamame and flavouried with sesame paste (pure organic light tahini) shoyu and ginger

Snacks:  an apple with peanut butter, or sometimes another helping of lunch, a cup of green tea or roiboos tea, sometimes a hot apple juice with ginger and cinnamon, roasted beans (from the food doctor),

Dinner: hummous, avocado, cucumber, beans and brown rice in a wrap with roasted veggies or maybe stir-fried tofu and veggies with rice.  I make a lot of soups and stews in the winter-- with all sorts of root vegetables, squash, grains and legumes mixed in!
