Ive been on a vegan diet for a little over a month. The first week I was absolutely starving. I figure I was eating almost double what seemed normal for me before. After that first week things totally shifted the opposite direction. I am almost never hungry. I eat 3 times a day because I think I must but I really have to force myself sometimes. Has anyone else experienced decreased appetite on a vegan diet? My family is concerned and what me to see a doctor but I'm not sure there is actually a problem. I don't feel bad, actually I feel better then Ive felt in a long time.
