I'm still reading the first part of Alicia's book. I am convinced of the positive effects of going veggie/vegan.
As a nurse and single mom I find it important to have background info about the nutritious facts (hope this is spelled right becouse I live in Belgium!).
Alicia also convinced me of the effect of macrobiotics.
I am in search of a macrobiotics nutritionist in Belgium of the Netherlands. Does anyone knows someone?
how do I begin to change my whole diet in macrobiotic diet.
