I have been a vegan now for 3 months and I LOVE IT! Since so many people struggle with finding healthy and tasty foods, I thought I would share things that I eat!
Breakfast: Oatmeal with soy milk or almond milk with cinammon.
Lunch: Dr. McDougall Pad thai noodle soup and whole wheat naan bread (so good)
Dinner: Taco salad or tacos with meat alternative crumbles and rice cheese (delicious)!!!
Foods I enjoy
Fruits, veggies, rice, quinoa, pasta, red sauce, faux chicken (like once a week) and veggies crumbles as a beef substitute for pastas and mexican, granola and soy or almond milk, oatmeal, pocorn, rice chips (rarely though), hummus and whole wheat pita, homemade pizzas, salads, lots of soups, and smoothies.
Those were a few of the foods I enjoy on a daily/and or weekly basis!
