I have recently adopted a Vegan diet, but am having some difficulty with eating times because I work in a restaurant. I try not to eat the food at the places that I work so that I don't give in to veggies soaked in butter, but then it just means I am coming home late night and hungry. What would be something good to eat before going to bed so that way I don't go to sleep with food just sitting in my stomach and not being digested properly?
