Two hours north of LA is a little beach town, Shine Cafe. I have to say that I had my ALL TIME VEGAN experience at this place. I highly recommend it and contemplate making the cross country trip for their tempeh tacos and killer salads. We LOVE LifeFood Organic!!!!!! Laurel, their head chef is so creative and makes the best raw key lime pie EVER! This food looks delicious but Im not a fan of the plastic containers they are providing. Maybe we could encourage them to use more environment friendly containers!! Especially for ppl eating in.
