I weigh around 180 and 5'3" 35 yr female. Taking in 900 calories and working out 4 days a week for 60minutes (30 minute treadmill at 3.5mph- 15min. recumbent bike level 6 - 15 min. core (sit-up, leg press, light weight training ) Drinking 8 glasses of water per day. gave up soda and meat 2 yrs ago. lost 20# so far but now it stopped. work in a kitchen, on feet for 8 hrs a day 5 days a week.
