I made two soups today, one following the package of Eden alpahbet soup (but added chopped frozen organic spinach) and the other one was a bean and barley soup from VEGAN A GO GO (which btw is the best cookbook ever, easy, most ingrediants we have at home already). Both were fantastic. Soup is so filling for me, I can go for hours! I decided today, this could be my ultilmate ticket to a slimmer ME. Have two soups or chilis/stews going at all times, one for lunch and one for dinner, pair with a salad or half sandwich (today I had eggless salad w baby spinach sliced tomatoes on half a whole food high fiber pita) with the barley soup. It all was so satisfying. I had the alpahbet soup at 5 for early pre dinner as we are going out for vegan pizza, still super full!
