Painful hips
I've been vegan for 3 months now. I always assumed my sore hips were a result of dairy. I'm SOOO disappointed that it hasn't gone away.

Anyone else had this problem? Just wondering if another food could be the culprit. I've taken allergy tests and apparently I'm not allergic to anything though I know for a fact I react to dairy (?).

 

Have you tried any form of exercise that might strengthen them? I used to have really sore shoulders and upper arms and I started to avoid training them because they hurt so much, but it got worse. Then I was given easy low-impact exercises to do by a PT and it improved within days! All I needed was to strengthen a certain muscle that wasn't included in my regular exercise. (I also tried to change my diet to improve rotator cuff mobility but didn't work)
