what is PCRM?

PCRM is Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.  THey are a GREAT organization that promotes a vegan diet for health reasons and healthy school lunches.  Check out their website!

Oh!  Also, and very importantly, they oppose animal testing and are working to find alternatives.  My husband has his PhD and just attended their first ever meeting about finding alternatives to animal testing.
