I have only been a Pescatarian for six months but I already feel the need to make the next major leap to Veganism. I know I will feel better in the long run but I am just having a lot of trouble figuring out what to add to my Grocery list. Not only this but I am 16 and I still depend on my mother fo grocery money. Although she is very supportive and doesn't mind spending some money for me to live my lifestyle I am concerned about if this diet might be a little more expensive and if I should save some money aside myself to help out. I am also trying to eat pretty local and go to Farmers Markets so thats tough too. No one in my family but me doesn't eat meat. I spend a lot of time at my sisters homes so I was wondering about a few meals I could take with me for when they are cooking something I can not eat. They are all very supportive but I still don't want to seem like a burden. Thank you for any advice you can give! Also, does Spirutein Protein Powder have milk products in it?
