i have been flirting since january when i read the book but am a really picky eater. i like fruits, veggies and grains, just not all of them. i though it would be a good idea to see a nutrionist since i am so picky but the one i saw at a whole foods store was clueless. i asked my dr about seeing one but the clinic wont make an apt for me without insurance pre aprroving it and insurance wont approve it because i have no medical condition requiring it. Can anyone suggest any good books or websites? Also what is a better choice, choosing local foods at a farmers market that are not organic or driving 40 minutes to a store that carries more that 3 organic fruits and veggies? the more i stick to the kind diet the better i feel, i guess i just havent learned all the tricks yet!
