Portion Sizes

I'm just starting on the Superhero plan and have made several grain dishes that say they serve 2 but they yield a very large amount of food.  I am trying to target 1/4 grain, 1/4 protein and 1/2 veggies per meal but I am full on the grains alone...does anyone else think the portions are huge?

make your portions smaller. cut your grains in half, which means you would cut your protein and veggies in half too. adjust these sizes and see what works for you. listen to your body. you need to be getting a varied diet, don't worry about size of portions that have been outline by packages or whatever else.
I just make a bunch at a time and then store it for leftovers, that way I can eat until I am full and usually don't have to worry about my next few meals either.
same here. I was I've just really been listening to my body. When I'm hungry I eat but I chew slow, this is allowing me to feel full before I actually am stuffed if you know what I mean. And When I'm full I stop. I think the portions are big too. The Healing soup I had for 3 meals and I swear I'll be eating the Sweet Potato and Lentil stew for weeks, but I'll just have it for later.
