hey all! since becoming a vegan a few months ago my boss has had alot of questions about my change. Today he told me he is seriosly considering adapting a vegan lifestyle for health reasons. His big beef (haha) is with the protein issue. Does anyone know how much protien you need daily on a vegan diet? He is all about the facts. Also any reading suggestions would be helpful.
