So the pumpkin bread is delicious as it is in the book but I was recently out of canned pumpkin so I substituted for the same amount of mashed bananas and its AMAZING! I can't stop eating it! My 13 mo old loves it too:)

That is a good idea. I love banana bread.
This is the only recipe of its kind that really worked out for me. Usually they end up really mushy.
