Rash that won't go away

So I have random breaks outs of rashes all over the place. Bends of my arms, armpits, cleavage. They seem to come and go. However, I have a rash on my chin, sides of my temples and forehead as well as between my eyes.

I have seen several doctors and dermatologists and they all say to use cetaphil or lever 2000 and send me on my way.

I have recently discovered that I have a sensitivity/allergy to the water in my area because my face gets worse when water touches it. So I have been using those cleansing facial wipes along with a mild lotion. I was using Clearly Natural but they changed the formula. I am allergic to coconut oils and soy.

Does anyone know what will help. I do not know if it is exzema or psoriasis but it is really embarrassing and it itches and burns.

I work out everyday so I need to cleans my face. I tried to not wash my face at all but it was just icky. Any ideas? Thanks

I had gotten a rash from changing to Tide from eco-friendly detergent. I will never do that again. The antibacterial Dial bodywash made it worse. I just switched to Giovanni Organic body wash. My rash is starting to go away now. I also switched laundry detergent to Seventh Generation. Giovanni has face wash. http://www.giovannicosmetics.com/dtox_system.php. You can get it at any drugstore. Also, anything with oatmeal will help calm it. I hope you are okay. It is very discouraging when doctors can't help. Let me know how you do.

Hi Terra, have you rotated your diet to find food allergies?  Do you eat any dairy?  Its often the culprit with eczema.

I haven't changed laundry detergent. I have used soap nuts for years. I have tried switching around my diet and nothing seems to change. I know that when the weather gets cold the redness and dryness is suddenly worse. I want to kepp a humidifier in my room but my cat and puppy would eat the cold and tip it over. I have tried every product out there. Vegan or not. The vegan stuff seems to make it worse. I used Alba and it burned so bad my face was red for a month. I tried earth science and my face got so dry it bled.

hidden food allergies can be very hard to find and require a very strict adherence to non allergenic foods.  PCRM offers good guidelines on how to rotate foods to find them.  I hate to suggest it but could it be your pets?  I get hivey and rashy when I'm around amimals, especially cats.
