Recently Found Many New Allergies

I took a recent trip to the allergist due to the fact that I have severe problems with ezcema and for the past 3 to 4 months or so have had tummy trouble going on. With said trip to the allergist I found a whole new list of things I am allergic to including:

-Apples

-Oranges

-Green Peas

-Pears

-Blueberries

-Lettuce

-Sesame Seeds

-Wheat

-Barley Wheat

-Yeast

Those are all of the foods I am allergic to anyway. Now after kicking them out of my diet I do feel better, or at least I did for a little while. Now I am stuck eating a ton of corn tortilla and soy cheese quesdilla's because I am struggling with finding foods that I like and actually want to eat as well as that I am allowed to eat. I guess I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Should I just go full superhero? Has anyone had great success with it that also has a large amount of food allergies?

I have also suddenly has this deep protein craving, I am wondering where in the world that one is coming from.

If anyone can offer any help on anything I have asked here I sincerely appreciate it.

I am gluten free and allergic to citrus fruits and anything raw severly hurts me. If you are allergic to wheat and barley maybe you can try going gluten free? Instead of processed foods why not stick with just the fruits and veggies you aren't allergic to. Try making soups and salads at first and then you can move on to casseroles.

Bob's Red Mills has a wonderful variety of flours and grains to try. I recently fell in love with Teff and Amaranth. Have you tried quinoa, beluga lentils and millet?

I love reading the blog Oh She Glows. www.ohsheglows.com has amazing recipes. They are fast and easy to prepare as well.

Good luck.
