On pg. 235 in TKD...This recipe is gorgeous and delicious!  I made it at home and then again and brought it to a cookout to share later last week. So many great flavors:)

I made this using qunioa / wild rice blend for Hanukkah it's my Mother in-laws new favorite!  she asks me to make it for every family get together.
