Roasted Nuts & Green Powders

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions: do nuts lose their nutrition if roasted? What's the best way to incorporate nuts into my little girl menu? She is a very picky 2.5 year old. She doesn't complain if I roast the nuts and add into her meal, but doesn't like them raw.

Also, since she is a very picky eater, I want to find ways to include some green into her diet. She doesn't really eat much of any vegetables or fruit. :( Are there any good green powders that I can add into her oatmeal? She doesn't like smoothies either. :(
