I eat small meals often most of the time because being full makes me nauseous. I do eat sugar etc so Im probably not the best one to hand out diet advice. I work out every day and dont have a problem with weight so Ive never tried to cut out sugar etc even though I probably should!!!
Typical Breakfast - Quinoa with almond milk and syrup, 1 piece of whole wheat toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
10am snack – smoothie w/ banana, kale, strawberries, multi supplement powder (from nutritionist), ice and almond milk.
Lunch – Salad and a small bean burrito
3pm snack – handful of nuts and left over salad from lunch
Dinner – brown rice with baby bok choy, mushrooms and sprouts.
Sometimes I get hungry at around 7pm again and I know people say not to eat but I can’t help myself. I usually just throw a wheat pita in some hot earth balance then hit it with some cinnamon and raw sugar once crispy.
