I've been drinking this fantastic plum smoothie for two weeks now and i am literally in love with it. makes me want to jump out of bed every morning and wake up my neighbours with the buzz of my blender! does wonders to my complexion and digestion, too!
for a 700ml personal blender jug:
2 sweet-n-sour plums
3 soft prunes
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
pinch of aniseed powder
half a ripe sweet mango
3 spoons of provamel unsweetened soya yoghurt
Organic Oats Milk to fill the rest of the jug to your favourite consistency
variations: sometimes i add a few frozen raspberries/blackberries or a piece of fresh ginger, or i substitute aniseed powder with cloves powder or cinnamon
