Wow! I'm definitley going to have to bake one of these for my family this year. I'm serving a peach kanten couscous cake :)
I am little vegan chocolate cups filled with mousse...I am using my vegan mousse frosting recipe and thinning it out with some more non-dairy milk.

nom nom nom. For dessert this year I'm serving my Oatmeal Raisin Bites http://kalewithlove.blogspot.com/2011/12/oatmeal-raisin-bites.html They are always a hit with the guests, and a fun finger food that feels healthy after a heavy holiday meal. I think I may need to make that Chocolate Hazelnut Tart, too!!
Thinking about it, I actually believe the chocolate hazelnut tart Alecia posted would look really great served alongside my Peanut Butter Pecan Brittle http://kalewithlove.blogspot.com/2011/12/peanut-butter-pecan-brittle.html Good combination, right?
mmmmmmm! the chocolate hazelnut tart and pumpkin streusel look yummy!
I just made these Vegan Chocolate Mousse cups for our Xmas Eve Dessert...so fun and easy...also not too shabby on the health front since the base is tofu.
