Sleep
Hey everyone! I've only been a vegetarian for a week and I'm transitioning to a vegan.
I read in Alicia's book that sleeping improves and there's an all around better mood once on the diet. I'm just wondering when that starts to happen.
I've never had a good nights sleep and it's getting really old waking up in a bad mood and cranky!!

Does anyone know anything about the changes?!
