Have no idea who she is...but I'm madly in love with Craigy Ferg!!!

How cool is that?  Plugging Ms. Alicia's book just because. Very fancy.  I think it's cool that celebrities who are contemplating veganism use The Kind Diet as their guide, too, and are letting the world know it!

I thought she was already vegan because she played one in Jon Tucker must die. lol.  After she tries the recipes she will for sure become one!

I thought this was such a fun interview.  It really amazes me how many celebrities are tuning into veganism.  What does not surprise me is that they use the Kind Diet as a reference.  The book is seriously reader friendly!

I think it's great that she's considering going vegan, but I would much rather see her fully develop her ability to be a powerful speaker before she becomes any sort of "face" of veganism.

I think it's great - I mean she's where I was a few years ago before I read the Kind Diet and I would try out being vegan for a month or more at a time, but then eventually 'fall off the wagon' and going back to meat etc....the key thing is that she's considering it and making herself aware, that in itself, is a huge accomplishment given the ignorance that still exists in this area. 

I love her and I think this is great! 70% vegan? Why not! Enjoy life even if it might involve animal products but choose veganism whenever possible, that's a great attitude : D

Kind of agree with Natalie - it really is great to get more people thinking about it, but this interview was a little too spastic for me to even want to pay attention to (sorry to those of you who love it!!, just not my cupa).

Craig Fergesun is hilarious.  His accent makes him even more funny... and a little sexy too I'd like to add! Although she is 70% vegan, I just made two dishes that are 100% vegan- and just posted them to my blog.  Mango Madness: Thai Noodle Salad with Mango and Mango Guacamole.  Both are oh so yummy!

that was really great. Like sophia, I'd say I'm about 70% vegan too, this makes me feel better that not everyone is 100% there. I am working on it too though so maybe next vegan day I will be :)

I think she's a beautiful woman, and certainly not a dummy, as she's drawn toward the Vegan path and she holds her own with that talk show host.

Isn't Sophia Bush lovely? I'm so happy and proud for you Alicia. I respect anyone in the public eye who uses their status to do some real good in the world. Nice one!

LOVE Craig Ferguson. So adorable. And Sophia Bush already looks great, but I know on TKD, she'd look/feel even better...it's proven.

SHe is so De-lightfull. its like she could be a realy close friend or a sister to someone. she that sweet.
