Hello everyone. Im Jennifer and live in So-Cal..and yes thats my real last name and I'm not an actress:P I became meat free a few weeks ago, still eating cheese and eggs in a small way, eventually I'll give those up too, I haven't drank milk in some time, I adore almond and coconut milks. I live in a very small town with very little options so it's been difficult. I play World Of Warcraft and would love to touch base with anyone close by or in game, as of right now I have only this site as my support, but I love it here!

I live in a very small town so I have to get creative with my choices..I'm having a hard time giving up cheese...everything else is pretty much gone, I LOVE coconut milk.

Cheese has been my thing too, however, after reading the chapter on dairy I'm noticing some things that I believe are because of the cheese.  So, I'm going to work very hard to cut it out of my diet in the next few weeks.  We'll see how it goes!  I haven't tried coconut milk yet...

hey I'm in San Diego, I used to play WoW but  I had kids and had to give it up. It cool your flirting with it Jumped right into Vegan. When I think about all the animals that live miserable lives I have no problem keeping to my diet. Good Luck!
