I would love to do a 3 day detox that doesn't require me to practially starve or drink tons of lemon or Apple Cider Tea. This detox sounds much more satisfying and it would get me through the day successfully! I need a 3-day detox to jump start my new attitude on life that I just started this morning. Instead of complaining about my weight, I'm going to embrace my body and love what I have, focus on continuing to thrive on a healthy vegan and semi-raw diet, and continue to exercise. Once I learn to be happy, I know I'll lose those stubborn couple of pounds. A 3-day detox will be a great start; once I make one change I know everything else will fall into place.
