I love cooking classes!  I like to go to the ones at my local Whole Foods...super good!

Why is nutritional yeast not considered super hero?

I would be attending if live near buy..!

YUM! That all looks amazing for a day "off" of being Superhero!  I checked out the link to the "Superhero" Mac n' Cheese and in that blog you said it's not SH (there's yeast in it).... Just FYI.  

Christina Pirello also has a Mn'C recipe (p. 204 of her Cooking the Whole Foods Way), but it has vegan cheese and Earth Balance in it...

Anyone know a great Superhero Mac n' Cheese recipe?  :)

hmmm...I'm on vacation in Santa Monica next week when they have the Jamacain classes... I wonder if I could get my friends to go along with me...looks delish!

These are the best classes and so much fun. You will learn a ton, be entertained and eat deliciously yummy food. Heather and Jenny are the absolute best. i took my first class on 2/28/10 and will be taking my 16th on Sunday. Amazing. I don't care what the theme is, I sign up and have never been anything but super happy each time:)

Went to a wedding last night that Spork catered.  It was awesome! Everything from the spinach and atrichoke dip to the mac and cheese to the pink lemonade cupcakes!  YUM!

It was my wedding that Amanda Meehan went to!  She married us!

The food was amazing!  We are munching on leftovers right now:)  I will post pics of the food soon.

Does anyone know if and where you can get a copy of the mac n cheese recipe?  This one looks the closest to my older non-vegan, non-veg recipe and I would love to try it as my kids are huge mac n cheese lovers.
