I love Cooks Illustrated cooking videos. This one really caught my eye. I am making it tonight. I like that they use the parts you normally throw away to infuse the broth. Also, I will be omitting the butter and cheese in this recipe. Replacing with a bit of olive oil should be fine. And of course using Vegetable broth not Chicken broth.
