Yes, it is, and the video makes it so easy if you are (just like me) not an experienced bakker :)

Today I made another bananabread recipe from Veganomicon. Maine differents was no soymilk but applesauce and other spices. Also less oil.

To be honest to my taste this one is better so try it also and decide for yourself :)
