success story: kaisey celebrates a year of eating kind!

Yayyy!!!  Awesome story, Kaisey :)

Congrats Kaisey!  1 year is a huge deal; I am 5 months and really starting to see a big difference.  Thank you for sharing your story; it is inspiring.

Thumbs up! Congratulations!

My one year anniversary was 2 days ago!  Feeling great, but now that I stopped taking the pill, my skin is starting to break out badly again : (

Congratulations Kaisey and Thanks so much for sharing; this is so motivational for someone who suffers health hurdles and has succombed to "having to live with it".  I have been thinking of being vegan for some time, and this kind of testimony really helps!  I am curious whether people have felt that following the program has helped them overcome addictions (like to caffeine and OTC pain relievers)?

Congrats Kaisey! I just passed my 7th anniversary as a vegan, and coming up on my 1st anniversary as a raw vegan. That's so wonderful to hear of your great health and success. I hope with time my raw diet will help with my IBS and Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue and Interstitial Cystitis.. oi! but I expect these to take awhile to get under control, however I'm hopeful a good diet will make a difference :)

Ah this is super sweet...

As I am just beginning my journey along the vegan road I look forward that one day I maybe able to say the same things....oh and hopefully lossing a few pounds on the journey :)

Thank you for sharing!

Congratulations Kaisey!

Stories like that are very inspiring, even if it require discipline eating vegan is a great thing to do for your body...

Congratulations Kaisey!

Congratulation Kaisey!!! The Kind Diet also inspired me to become vegan in February this year and I also feel great.  I have tons of energy, am happy all the time, just feel GREAT! I am also considering going LFRV... still deciding.  Thanks for sharing your story.  smiley-smile.gif

That's wonderful!! Congratulations. I'm working on my transition from vegetarian to vegan at the moment. I noticed you mentioned "no more period pain." I suffer from horrible period pain-vomiting, severe cramps, etc., hoping this will go away when as I begin to eliminate dairy.

Congratualtions!!  And thank you for sharing the benefits of being vegan!  I am just starting to go veggie~ using up what I have in the house, so I am still on dairy and eggs~ and will make the transition to vegan when it feels right.  I can't wait to see the changes in how I feel and look!!

Congrats!  Being vegan has done wonders for my health too!!!
