I am on that journey to a better body & life. But, since cutting out meat/dairy & sugar, I have been suffering from bad headaches for the past 2 days now. It like kicked in from nowhere. I think I may be detoxing??
I am trying NOT to put any "pain reliever" medication in my body. So, I thought some of you could help me out with some natural alternatives, before reaching for that bottle of "pain relief"??
