Okay, I'm about to give you my life story so please bear with me. I need some help trying to get rid of the following things from my life:
1. Coffee/caffeine. I literally cannot function without my coffee in the morning. I can't stand hot tea and iced tea isn't too much better.
2. Sugar - I am SO surprised where nasty white sugar hides!
3. Can anyone recommend a good whole body cleanse? I'm looking to do that this weekend, especially since I plan on getting rid of the two above.
I've gotten rid of enriched items, mostly (except for sugar.) I'm vegan but I'm not ready to go full-fledged superhero (yet!) Also, does anyone have any tried and true get-out-of-bed remedies? I am having a hard time getting out of bed lately...and I end up being late. I also can't fall asleep at night so any night-time sleep remedies would help too.
