Okay, I'm about to give you my life story so please bear with me. I need some help trying to get rid of the following things from my life:
1. Coffee/caffeine. I literally cannot function without my coffee in the morning. I can't stand hot tea and iced tea isn't too much better.
2. Sugar - I am SO surprised where nasty white sugar hides!
3. Can anyone recommend a good whole body cleanse? I'm looking to do that this weekend, especially since I plan on getting rid of the two above.
I've gotten rid of enriched items, mostly (except for sugar.) I'm vegan but I'm not ready to go full-fledged superhero (yet!) Also, does anyone have any tried and true get-out-of-bed remedies? I am having a hard time getting out of bed lately...and I end up being late.  I also can't fall asleep at night so any night-time sleep remedies would help too.

+OK here goes
1. stop coffee slowly. Wean off by adding a bit of decaf to your regular dosage. Slowly add more decaf every few days until it's all decaf. Then you can stop safely.

2. Sugar is poison. Quit that crap cold turkey and in a week and you will feel so good no-body could convince you to eat it again.

3.  The best cleanse is not something that you buy at a store. It is just giving your body a break from the stuff that harms it. Consider fasting one day.

4.  Increase your exercise to sleep and get energy
