I'm very interested in macrobiotic and healthful cooking. do you have any recommendations of schools that I should look into?

Such a great idea!  I'm in the Bay Area and would love to take a raw cooking class.   You just inspired me to actually look into it now!!

I second the webinar idea! 

We need a class in the Orlando area.  Also, Karen and Laura should film their classes and offer a dvd set for purchase.  I'd love to become more proficient in Macrobiotic cooking.
