Looks absolutely yummy!:) I think it's great when you share these stories too:) My mom is English and is pretty picky about certain things..  She lives in /mexico now, but she's coming to visit soon, and I can't wait to make her some of the kind diet recipes:) ( she is a huge animal lover and helps save dogs n cats down there, but still eats meat!).  I've been vegan before.... but it wasn't ever as healthy and delicious as this! Thanks Alicia! :)

Thanks for sharing -- wonderful!  That's the way I wash my veggies too!  If they are really dirty, I fill the bowl up with fresh water one more time -- still less water than washing under a running faucet.
