To clarify- this is from the book the SECRET. I know it sounds silly but it's all about positive thoughts. Not I want to lose weight, or I need to lose, but thinking I will be 133 lbs. (or whatever the goal is). I heard it really works. Thinking food will put weight on will, You hear these people say, I can eat whatever I want and I never gain weight, it's all the law of attraction.

I LOVE the Law of Attraction. Such a great book. The copy I have is super easy to follow and read in about an hour and then you can go back and do the workshops yourself.
What my Medium told me was to watch your ideal life (or ideal situation, if you're specifically thinking about weight loss) in the front of your mind like a movie... deliberately do this in a quiet room somewhere for about 5 minutes a day.
Also, physically write out what you want in terms of weight loss. The top 3 goals, actually, if you have 3. Re-write them and say them every day, kind of like an affirmation.
Then, what you can do with your thoughts, is use the wording "I love the idea of being my ideal weight" and repeat it over and over. That way, it's a true statement! The universe not only picks up on what we say/think, but how we feel about those statements. For example, if we want to lose 30 pounds but really in our heart-of-hearts feel that's not possible, it won't happen, regardless of the positive thinking you have done. BUT, what IS true, is that you LOOOOVE the idea of being 30 pounds lighter. So, focus on that and think that thought. Then, it will start to come to you.
Believe, have faith, and stick with it. If you follow these easy steps, it can take less than 3 months sometimes to manifest what you want. Go get it!!!!!!
