Thin mushroom pizzas
Hi everybody!! I made the mushroom pizzas for the first time today..   I substituted portabellos for the dried mushrooms and tofutti cream cheese for the tofu cream.  Quick and easy and super delicious!!!! 
I'm tempted to make them again for dinner.
I didn't have all the ingredients so I got creative.  I used oyster, shitake and bella mushrooms and sauteed onions. I also used whole grain thin pizza crust and in place of the tofu cream i used roasted garlic hummus. THEY WERE DELICIOUS!
Yum!!!  I'll have to give the hummus a try too.

Avocado in the place of the tofu cream... soooo good!

Mmmmm these substitutions sound delish!
