Tired and running to the bathroom

For about the first 2 weeks of eating vegan I felt great. The last week or so not so much. I am really tired. I use to wake up full of energy ready to start my day, now I don't want to get out of bed and when I get up I have a hard time not wanting to go back to sleep. Work is getting more and more difficult to do. I am also having issues with going to the bathroom a lot. I feel like my diet is missing something that I am not eating enough of something. I am getting lots of stomach cramps this evening my stomach sounded like a thunderstorm was going on inside of it. Does any one have any suggestions or has anyone else felt this way?

Re-centre yourself with some Ume Plums (there at whole food, or any asian super market) and make sure to take a really hard look at what your eating, if you can't find anything wrong maybe theres another element at play (house hold toxins always knock me down) or maybe your just detoxing, my ride was a little funner and a little earlier, the 3rd and 4th weak was Nirvana but detox is a possibility!

Sounds like detox to me too...I had the same bathroom issues the first couple of weeks!  Also, your stomach issues may be due to your eating more veggies/beans that produce a lot of gas if you are not used to eating a lot of them.
