I've never been a mayo eater so I'm really hesitant to buy Veganaise as I am unlikely to use it. My first trip to the store was pretty pricey so I just couldn't justify buying something I never liked.  I want to make the mushroom pizza. Any recommendations on what to substitute for the Tofu Cream or maybe just that one ingredient? I love sour cream, would that work as a complete replacement or just an ingredient replacement? Please help!

You might try using hummus in place of the Tofu Cream.

I just saw someone say they used cream cheese. Maybe I'll give that a shot as well.

You could also try plain, unsweetened soy yogurt.

I tried the cream cheese last night for the first time and it was so good! I'm hooked. I wasn't sure if it was meant to be a substitute ingredient in Tofu Cream, so I just used it by itself on the pizza and I loved it.
