Hellloooooooooooo, Mr. Vegan Bodybuilder!  *eyebrow waggle*

Umm, I agree with everyone above. MORE PICTURES, PLEASE!!!

Well, nice post Alicia!  Not only does it have cool info. to reinforce plant-based protein and the benefits of a vegan diet, but it shows, once again, that you can be muscular and athletic and be vegan.  Which we know, but it's sure nice to have another source of proof, right!  And, for sure, I agree with everyone else, beautiful photo/person and a beautiful message.  Thanks for sharing!  Great job, Giacomo!

Wowza! Lookin good Giacomo!

Hey Erin, you posted about spirulina products. My website Organic Glow.com offers two products that feature spirulina as the main ingredient and are 100% certified organic, vegan and raw. As Giacomo mentioned spirulina is the single richest and most complete source of organic nutrition in the world.

We offer InLiven which is a Probiotic Superfood (featuring Spirulina and fermented superfoods, along with 13 strains of probiotics.

And Deep Green which is an alkalizing superfood supplement which also features spirulina.

Amazing nutrition that is fast, easy and affordable for bodybuilders, young children and everyone in between! My family can't go a day without either. We mix them together in a bit of apple juice or apple sauce and its so delicious!

um yeah, I'm very inspired! smiley-laughing.gif

I'm suddenly very inspired to get my vegan partner back to the gym ;-D

I am pretty new to this, and it's scary to think "i'm not getting enough protein"......it's great to have a backup telling you - It's all good! A very BEAUTIFUL backup...... hommina.

Well this (he) should bring in some newbies!smiley-wink.gif

Glad you posted this.  I have switched to a Vegan diet just prior to summer and have been loving it and the results but have many concerned over "protein" intake.  I do Crossfit and those in that circle mostly follow a Paleo diet (basically a TON of meat).  Although I've been successful at the vegan side of things, I'm now learning how to eat more as an athlete so info like this is helpful.  It does show that you can succeed without eating meat.

I'm reading a book by Brendan Brazier (A vegan Ironman Triathlete) called Thrive and its been awesome in case anyone needs any more guidance.  He created Vega products and I'm so thankful for them!
