Hi All! I have been lifting weights for years and am constantly looking to get more protein to build more muscle. I get now about 60g per day. I lift for 45mins to an hour 4-5x per week and am seeing a difference since I started paying attention to protein more, BUT think I still need some other sources. Besides eating nut butters, beans, fortified breads and tempeh, I make a morning shake with hemp protein but that only gives an extra 11g.
Does anyone know of any other vegan protein suppliments? I've heard of gemma pea protein and of course soy protein powder, but I'd like to avoid that.
