Vegan Catering in.. Indiana?
i'm looking for a vegan catering who is willing to do a wedding in southeastern indiana. not an easy task. i'm getting married on October 16th of this year and would love to serve an all vegan meal all would enjoy. i think i've found a baker to make the cake. any suggestions?

Thanks muches.
I don't know how close your wedding location is but you might want to check out this website www.cincinnati,earthsave.org.  I was reading the cincinnati enquirer and came across it when I was doing research on going vegan.  I look at LA and NY and they have all of these vegan restaurants but we are limited.   But if you can't find it on the website someone that takes care of the website is bound to know of one.
sorry isjust realized is miss typed the website  it is www.cincinnati.earthsave.org
Hey Ashley,
You might try looking in Bloomington. They are pretty crunchy up/down there. I am in Indianapolis and I'm not sure what's around here but it sounds like you are pretty close to Bloomington. A good place to call might me Scholer's Inn Bakehouse.

Second the idea of Scholar's Inn Bakehouse, if it's doable for you. I lived in Indianapolis for 14 years-- not a good place overall to be veg! But a year or two before I left, Scholar's Inn opened an outpost in Indy and their food is good. They did lots of vegan.
I was the only personal chef I knew of doing veg/vegan/raw in Indy, but now I think I may have a couple leads for you (have to track them down) from the Cooking Light BB-- or you  can join up there and post a thread in the Great Food forum about your needs. I'm fairly certain there are a couple of PC/caterers on there in Indiana who have happy veg/vegan clients. I'll try to get back here later today with some links though.
I haven't had feedback yet on some places I asked for help for this question, but I did find this link:

I don't know what county you're in, but many PC's do catering for events like yours, and their recipes usually far exceed those of the average wedding meal. Hope this helps.
