I just wanted to share with everyone the wonderful new bakery I came across in my own town, Sycamore, IL. It's called Mindful Delights (http://www.mindfuldelights.com/), and you can purchase many of their products at the local HyVee. You can also order products online. This is a HUGE deal because the Sycamore/DeKalb area is very meat-and-potatoes oriented, and there are hardly any truly vegan options in the area.
I know the selection of products online is small right now, but hopefully, if we all support this small business, it will grow and continue to offer amazing Kind options throughout Northern Illinois :-)
