Hi Friends! I have always taken vitamins every day...however with a reduced budget, I am considering taking them every other day. I eat very healthy, grains, nut butter, veggies, a little fruit...no meat or dairy, no sugar. I also exercise 5-6 days a week. I am worried about not taking them every day & ultimately adversely impacting my health. I would greatly appreciate any advise you can lend :) thanks! :)
