Does anyone else out there walk for exercise? I've been working out at home for a long time using fitness DVD's and I sometimes find myself overwhelmed with all choices. I've always loved walking and it always does wonderful things for my mind and body! I'd like to focus on that again, along with some toning workouts too. But I want my main focus to be walking. The weather is getting a bit brisk here, but I'm determined to walk through the cold weather this year.
I need to get my Vegan eating back on track as well, as I have been "cheating" way too much lately and suffering the ill consequences! I know being an active part of this site again will keep my greatly focused and motivated!
