So, I posted awhile ago about Hypoglycemia. I've beeen vegan for at least too years. It all started when I gave up coffee a couple months ago, I felt like I gained weight almost instantly. Now, because of the low blood sugar, I've cut out wheat and sugar, and am only eating low -glycemic grains, veggies and fruit. I didn't eat beans or nuts before and now I am cause that's all I can eat. I'm bloated every day and have gained weight. It doesn't make sense. I am eating a lot of carbs I guess but I feel like I've cut out everything, and still feel gross. I don't know if my body is just adjusting or what but I'm frustrated. I was a caffeine addict and maybe that was an appetite suppressant. Now I'm hungry all the time. Darnit...Please help, I want to feel like me again!
