I'm not supposed to have sugar. I'm reactive hypoglycemic, which means I have to take it easy on any type of carbs. I do better with agave since it's low on the glycemic index.
My question is this- I am culturally addicted to coffee, I can't give it up. I've been caffein free for 18mos or so, but I drink decaf regularly. What can I put in my coffee besides sugar? As it is, I'm already using silk vanilla creamer which is probably loaded with sugar :D What is a girl to do?! lol
