I purchased a suribachi mortar but it is much smaller than the one Alicia is using in the picture on page 232 to make Gomashio.  Has anyone found a large one online?  Thanks!  Annette

Go to simply natural natural and macrobiotic foods. So cheap even with shipping I love this website. They have everything that Alicia talks about in the book. "The book" otherwise for me called "THE BIBLE" I don't go anywwhere without it.. The worst part my friends had leukemia twice! I tell her about the book and she sees what I now eat but I cant pry the book out of my hands long enough to let her borrow it. I just bought her her own copy.. FINALLY.. Now me and the bible can have some alone time without the threat of someone else trying to borrow it.haha

I too love my book and refer to it daily...sometimes hourly.  Many of my friends and my NP doctor are reading it as well now.  You are so Kind to have purchased this book for friend.  I pray the foods in the book help her.
