I would love to win a Vaute Couture "Alicia"coat! I have been eating a vegan diet for almost two years now. I am currently in graduate school for Environmental Management and have convinced many of my peers to cook vegan recipes from The Kind Diet (which they have all loved!). Beyond food, I try my best to make all other purchases vegan. I have been goggling over Vaute Couture's vegan coat line for several years now, but it is out of my student budget. I do not own a professional coat and do need one for networking/interview events this winter. Plus, my name is Alisha, so this coat just seems so suiting!! Thank you for your consideration :)

Oh man - I actually REALLy need a new coat, and have been stressing about how, when, and where I am going to afford and purchase one! I had a beautiful coat that was stolen, and have been bounding around in a thin jacket since then. I would be grateful to win & beyond appreciative.  I am on disability for a neurological health condition that came on suddenly last year.  Prior to 2010, I was happy, healthy & vibrant.  I also lived a life of abundance.  Now I cannot even afford to feed myself at times but my friends from church and elsewhere help me - thank God.  So, I would love to win b/c 1).  I went Vegan this past year and well, I am practicing kindness to animals & 2).  I just would love new clothing - a coat - ear muffs to warm up in Chicago.  Also, b/c I cannot go buy any of it on my own....or I would (0:

I would be ecstatic to win a winter coat! I am still wearing my wool one from before I became vegan two years ago :( Not only is it not vegan, its very very big on me since I have slimmed and toned in my two vegan years.....thank you for the opportunity to make one more small change in my life!

I adore vaute couture and would be massively grateful to own, wear and love to death their adorable winter coat.  i think showing that beautiful clothing can be made in sustainable, non-harmful or cruel ways is important.  having the opportunity to do that through the winter in a gorgeous coat would be amazing.

plus, i haven't bought a new winter coat in years.  my last 3 have been hand-me-downs or thrift store purchases.  not complaining....just every once in awhile it's nice to have something new.

Oh, I am so excited about this giveaway. I have wanted a Vaute Couture coat ever since you first posted about them on your site. Being vegan for years, I've spent many winters shivering in whatever inexpensive animal-free outerwear I could find. Usually, I've had to just cover myself in layers, sacrificing fashion for just a little warmth.

As a mommy of two, I try to make sure my kids have warm coats each year as they outgrow their old ones. Then, I think about getting one for me. A Vaute Couture coat would be a dream luxury that would make me look as put together as the other moms in our area. I so wish I could wear one to my daughter's story time group or to volunteer at my son's school. I'd be able to show them how fashionable a vegan life can be.

I had to donate a lot of my clothes when I moved at the beginning of the summer because there wasn't a way for me to bring them with me, and while I had the intention of replacing my winter clothes I still haven't gotten around to it. This vaute couture line looks absolutely lovely!

well I need a new winter coat since I started eating 'kindly' I've lost over 20lbs and my old coats look giant on me (and I've since donated all my big clothes) I could use something new and sassy :)
