Yeast

I've been trying to find good yeast free bread and am having a difficult time.  I saw that Sprouts has a sourdough bread that they make and in the ingredients it has a parentheses "(a natural yeast)".  Does this still qualify as yeast-free?

That might mean a sourdough "starter" which creates it's own natural yeast.  Sourdough that doesn't contain any yeast tends to be very flat, with slices being about 1/4" thick.  This is what I've been eating:

Thanks Emily :D
